Quiet Hours
To create a peaceful environment, we've set quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am in accordance with EPA requirements.
Noise Monitoring
For your safety and peace of mind, we have noise monitors installed in the apartment and a security camera at the front entrance. Please note that the camera monitors activity at the entrance only and is not used to monitor the interior of the property. If excessive noise is detected (85 dB or higher), we may be alerted and follow up if necessary. We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet hours and house rules to avoid any disruptions.
In the Event of Non-Compliance
We want everyone to enjoy their stay, but excessive noise or disturbances may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. We hope this won't be necessary, but we take the comfort of our guests and neighbours seriously.
