What is included with listing my property?
- Listing of your property on our website and various other online booking platforms.
- Marketing and advertising of your property to potential guests.

- 24/7 support for guests during their stay.

What are the costs associated with listing my property?
- 18% plus GST commission fee on the total rental amount
- A one-time setup fee may apply to cover the cost of setting up your property listing and marketing materials (photos)
- Any additional costs, such as maintenance or repair expenses, cleaning will be deducted from the rental income before commission is calculated. Depending on cleaning fee charged to guest a small portion will be charged to the owner, this is purely to attract guests.
- Any charges related to payment processing and booking management may also apply
- Host rental fees are charged by websites eg- Airbnb and booking.com. These fees are charged to the guest as an additional percentage. These fees are taken by the channels and these funds are not received by us. These are identified on owner statements
How is commission calculated?
With a 18% plus GST commission rate, we demonstrate our commitment to excellence and high-quality service. Commissions are tax-deductible, providing added financial benefits. This rate includes:

How are cleaning fees structured?
Our cleaning fee is a marketing tool, with approximately 80% charged to guests and the rest to owners.
This allows us to offer competitive nightly rates and keep cleaning fees low. We provide property owners with discounted rates, covering any remaining costs ourselves for a seamless experience.
Can I use my property for personal use?
Absolutely, you will have access to your owner portal through the Homhero program. You can conveniently book your stays directly through this portal. Alternatively, if you prefer assistance or need specific dates blocked for your desired stay, please feel free to contact Steve or Jancy, and they will be happy to assist you.
When will I be paid?
Payments are processed on the 1st day of each month. If there is ever a change to this schedule, rest assured that you will be promptly notified of any modifications. Your financial transactions will always be communicated in a timely manner to ensure a smooth experience.

This exclusive collaboration allows us to leverage their cutting-edge facilities, complete with state-of-the-art laundry machines and commercial-grade ironing equipment. Because of our close partnerships and exclusive trade deals we can provide top-quality laundry and ironing services to keep linen fresh and reduce costs for owners & guests.
Who cleans the property?
To further uphold impeccable cleanliness standards, we’ve partnered with a exclusive cleaning service. Their cleaning service sets itself apart with 3 teams each consisting of two skilled cleaners. With extensive experience in DHA and years of handling Airbnb properties, their teams adhere to the highest standards. Because of our close partnerships and exclusive trade deals we can provide top-tier cleaning services and reduce costs for owners and guests.
What lock system do you use?
We prioritise the security of our properties. To achieve this, we employ various locking mechanisms, including key lock boxes and digital smart locks. We highly recommend the Lockly brand for smart lock solutions, enhancing the safety and peace of mind of our guests.
How do I know my property is being looked after?
We conduct comprehensive property inspections every three months. These inspections ensure that your property is well-maintained and in excellent condition. Following each inspection, you will receive a detailed report that provides a thorough overview of the property’s status and any recommended actions or maintenance.
